IT Managed Services Lead

Main Responsibilities:
A. Technology Service Coordination
  • Develop monthly social media content plans and calendars aligned with business objectives.
  • Propose creative content themes, campaigns, and storytelling ideas.
  • Identify industry trends, customer insights, and opportunities for engagement.
B. Stakeholder & Business Coordination
  • Work with management and business process owners to understand technology priorities and requirements.
  • Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely service delivery and clear communication.
  • Maintain clear escalation paths for critical incidents, risks, and unresolved issues.
  • Document technology decisions, approvals, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate governance activities in line with agreed service scope, policies, and procedures.
  • Track technology risks and follow up on agreed mitigation actions.
  • Maintain documentation and evidence for management, audit, and governance requirements.
C. Project, Change & Release Coordination
  • Coordinate technology projects, system enhancements, changes, and implementation activities.
  • Monitor delivery, milestones, dependencies, risks, and outstanding actions.
  • Coordinate testing and release readiness with the relevant technical teams.
  • Ensure approvals, testing evidence, documentation, and release activities are completed before production deployment.
D. Vendor & Managed Service Coordination
  • Coordinate vendors and service providers supporting technology services.
  • Monitor vendor performance, deliverables, incidents, service requests, and agreed timelines.
  • Escalate material vendor issues and ensure timely resolution.
E. Testing & Quality Coordination
  • Coordinate system testing and release-readiness activities with the relevant testing resources.
  • Ensure test planning, regression testing, defect follow-up, evidence, and release readiness are completed.
  • Coordinate resolution of critical defects and release-related risks.
F. User Access & Security Coordination
  • Coordinate user access administration with the relevant IT and security teams.
  • Support joiner, mover, and leaver access activities and periodic access reviews.
  • Support security reviews, vulnerability remediation, security incidents, access evidence, and audit requirements.
G. Management Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare regular reports on service performance, projects, incidents, risks, vendors, and outstanding actions.
  • Prepare information for management committees, Board-level reporting, and governance forums.
  • Maintain accurate records of decisions, actions, approvals, risks, issues, and dependencies.
H. Service Improvement & Continuity
  • Identify opportunities to improve the quality, efficiency, and reliability of technology services.
  • Reduce dependency on individuals through documentation, knowledge transfer, and structured processes.
  • Support technology continuity and controlled service transition within the agreed operating model.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT systems, operations, application support, service management, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Experience in banking, financial services, insurance, microinsurance, or FinTech is highly preferred.
  • Strong experience coordinating IT teams, vendors, applications, and technology services.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, coordination, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with senior management and technical teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, risks, issues, and deadlines effectively.
