Congratulations to 18 Merchants Who Won Cash Prizes for Using LOLC KHQR in August! LOLC KHQR offers an attractive interest rate of 4% per annum and the chance for merchants to win monthly cash prizes of up to 1,000,000 Riel per winner!
On August 1, 2025, LOLC officially announced a new promotion offering cash prizes totaling 28,000,000 Riel to show appreciation to LOLC merchants for their ongoing support and using LOLC KHQR for their businesses allows merchants to receive payments from any bank with no charging fees and secure transactions.
Merchants simply need to use LOLC KHQR at their business locations to receive payments from customers between August 1 and October 31, 2025, for a chance to win cash prizes from LOLC every month, including:
- First Prize: 1,000,000 Riel (6 winners per month)
- Second Prize: 400,000 Riel (6 winners per month)
- Third Prize: 200,000 Riel (6 winners per month)
As a result, in August—the first month of the campaign—18 winners from various provinces and cities who met the terms and conditions were randomly selected and awarded.

Terms and Conditions:
- Use LOLC KHQR to accept payments from customers from August 1 to October 31, 2025
- Merchants must receive payments from at least 50 individual customers per month
- Merchants must achieve total monthly transactions of at least USD 100 or 400,000 Riel
- Each transaction must have a minimum value of USD 0.5 or 2,000 Riel
- Winners will be randomly selected once a month
