With the assistance of Yuanta Securities (Cambodia) Plc. ("YSC"), acting as the Lead Manager, LOLC (Cambodia) Plc. ("the Company") has the honor to inform the public of the offering of its Sustainability Bond in the aggregate amount of KHR 200 billion (equivalent to approximately USD 50 million), approved by the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia ("SERC") on 22 June 2026 and to be listed on the Cambodia Securities Exchange ("CSX").

II. Announcement of the Subscription Result

LOLC (Cambodia) Plc. will notify the investors of the subscription results following the approval from the SERC, which is anticipated on August 20, 2026*. Any unsuccessful or partially unsuccessful subscription amount will be refunded without interest.
