Merchants must receive payments from at least 30 different customers per month
Merchants must receive transactions at least USD 50 or 200,000 Riel per month
Each transaction must have a minimum value of USD 0.5 or 2,000 Riel
Each merchant can win only once during the promotion period
Winners will be randomly selected once a month
LOLC reserves the right to modify prices and terms
