LOLC Cambodia and National University of Battambang Sign MoU to Establish Strong Bilateral Cooperation

Battambang Province: LOLC Cambodia and the National University of Battambang signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on December 04, 2025, at the National University of Battambang.

This memorandum of understanding was signed under the high patronage of Mr. Sok Voeun, Chief Executive Officer of LOLC Cambodia, and Dr. Sam Rany, Vice-Rector, a representative of His Excellency Sok Khorn, Rector of the National University of Battambang.

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was established with the objective of fostering a strong collaborative partnership between LOLC Cambodia and the National University of Battambang. This partnership is designed to be mutually beneficial, providing students with valuable employment opportunities to join LOLC as staff, and offering access to various professional training programs focused on finance-sector skills.

Taking this opportunity, Mr. Sok Voeun, Chief Executive Officer of LOLC Cambodia, expressed his immense pleasure in being a part of elevating the education sector through the execution of this Memorandum of Understanding. He further added that in the future, he is committed to collaborating with the university by participating as a guest speaker. This initiative aims to impart essential financial knowledge and provide faculty members and students with a broad and comprehensive perspective on Cambodia's financial sector.

Mr. Sok Voeun concluded by stating that, as a leader at LOLC Cambodia, he is committed to giving opportunities to students who are passionate about building a career in finance to join the LOLC team.
