- Develop and maintain strong relationships with motorcycle, tricycle, passenger car, truck, and other automotive dealers through regular visits to generate business opportunities.
- Promote LOLC Auto Finance products, financing solutions, and promotional campaigns to dealers and their sales teams.
- Generate customer referrals, coordinate with branches, and monitor cases from inquiry to loan disbursement.
- Work closely with BMs, HFSAs, FSAs, and relate teams to resolve issues and support business growth.
- Increase active dealers and facilitate the registration of new dealers with LOLC to expand the dealer network and business opportunities.
- Collect dealer feedback, monitor competitor activities, and recommend business improvement initiatives.
- Ensure LOLC branding materials and promotional displays are properly maintained at dealer locations.
- Prepare and submit timely reports on dealer visits, customer referrals, sales performance, market intelligence, and business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with LOLC policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements in all dealer relationship activities.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Auto Finance Unit Manager.
- Bachelor Degree in Finance and Banking, Economics and other related field.
- At least 2 year-experiences in leasing or credit field.
- Can speak and write English.
- Can speak Chinese is a plus.
- Have good computer skills
- Good inter-personal skills.
- Be able to work under pressure.
