Please be informed that the transaction amount limitation in iPay Cambodia App is defined as following:

- Maximum amount per transaction is KHR 40,000,000 and USD 10,000 and THB 400,000 for each transaction type.

- Maximum amount per day is KHR 80,000,000 and USD 20,000 and THB 800,000 for each transaction type.

If your phone is lost or stolen, please contact to our contact center team immediately via 023 991 991, or you may access internet banking to block your phone/device by follow instruction below:

1. Visit internet banking: https://ipay.com.kh/internetbanking

2. Login with your username and password the same as iPay Cambodia

3. Go to your User

4. Go to My Devices

5. Find your device and click Remove Device. Thanks.
