Note: To receive an increasing interest rate every year, customers must deposit money into the Plan Account for 12 months consecutively.

Withholding Tax

Open Plan Account

Customer can open an individual or joint account.
Customer is required to make an initial deposit of KHR 40,000 or USD10 when opening an account.

Dormant of Plan Account

A Plan Account no transaction for more than 12 months (counting from the last transaction date) is considered a dormant or inactive account, but interest will still accrue.

Deposit into Plan Account

Deposit through LOLC office counter and Mobile banking.

Pre-closure of Plan Account

Pre closure of Plan Account, the interest rate of Saving Account is offered (Savings Standard Rate) count from the opening date till the date of pre closure of account. Pre closure of Plan Account within one month after opening date, the customer must pay a service fee of $10.
