- Monitor staff and branch performance against KPIs and targets.
- Coordinate the annual staff performance appraisal.
- Follow up probation performance and appraisal results.
- Prepare monthly performance reports for management.
- Check branch performance, including portfolio, clients, disbursement, deposits, and loan quality.
- Compare actual performance with the approved plan and identify gaps.
- Work with managers to improve staff and branch performance.
- Maintain accurate performance data and records.
- Support staff promotion and performance improvement processes.
- Prepare performance reports and recommendations for management.
- Perform other duties assigned by the manager.
- Degree in HRM, management, business administration or related field.
- Minimum 02-year experiences in staff performance management.
- Good staff motivation, engagement and leadership skills.
- Good data tracking and reporting.
- Ability to work in complex working environment and change management.
- Good computer skills.
- Can travel to branches.
- Good verbal and written communication both Khmer and English.
