Mobile App Acquisition
- Promote and register customers for the mobile banking application.
- Assist customers with app installation, registration, and KYC verification.
- Educate customers on mobile app features and benefits.
- Encourage customers to actively use digital banking services.
- Identify and approach potential merchants.
- Register new merchants for KHQR and Merchant App services.
- Assist merchants with onboarding and activation.
- Educate merchants on accepting digital payments and using merchant services.
- Provide basic support for mobile app and merchant-related inquiries.
- Follow up with customers and merchants to ensure successful activation and usage.
- Report customer feedback and issues to the supervisor.
- Submit daily activity reports.
- Track registrations, merchant onboarding, and activation status.
- Update sales records accurately.
- Tracking by Digital Department
- Under graduate/graduate of any related fields
- Knowledge of learning and development.
- Good in typing English and Khmer Unicode
- Understanding of English speaking and writing
- Honesty, willing to learn, hard-working, fast learner, team player, and open-minded and
- Good communication and inter-personal skills.
