To support the rapid growth of our operations, LOLC is recruiting one (01) Recruitment Unit Manager to be based at Head Office.
POSITION: Recruitment Unit Manager (1 positions)
LOCATION: Head Office (Phnom Penh,1 positions)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop recruitment strategies to ensure that annual staffing plan are met in a timely manner and qualified staff are appointed;
Design or revises recruitment process when needed to ensure a speedy recruitment and effective recruitment process;
Build a quality relationship with Branch Managers, internal staff, universities, and external recruitment agencies to attract qualified candidates;
Design recruitment tests;
Conduct job interview for various job positions;
Ensure transparent staff recruitment and internal promotion;
Work closely with Head of Human Resources department to ensure high staff satisfaction with the company;
Manage and develops recruitment team;
Ensure that all staff under his/her supervision perform their functions properly;
Regularly travel to branch offices for staff recruitment and staff motivation;
Qualification and Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field;
Minimum 3 years experiences in recruitment with Microfinance;
Fast learner and motivated to work in a challenging environment;
Strong communication and facilitation skills;
Strong leadership and analytical skill;
Committed to frequently travel to branch offices
Remuneration:
