following position:
Stock Controller
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform checking on fixed assets both at Head Office and branches to ensure accurate fixed asset listing, proper record of asset tracking, coding, and transferring.
- Properly monitor inventory both at HO and branches to ensure accurate record, proper inventory tracking, coding, classification, and inventory purchase.
- Calculation for monitor motor rental/ car rental to ensure accurate record of rental list, rental payment, and coordinate insurance purchase for staff motor and car.
- Properly control stock material such as form and marketing material.
- Visit branch for checking related to APD task
- Assist Stock Control Unit manager to review and update relevant procedures to ensure proper implementation for the company.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by stock control unit manager.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in stock/inventory controlling.
- Good negotiation skill.
- Good interpersonal skill.
- Honest and trustworthy.
- Ability to use Microsoft office.
- Good English communication
- Positive attitude with high commitment to work with and help the poor, and willing to travel to provinces.
