Senior Digital Banking Retention Advisor
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing retention strategies to keep users, merchants, and partners.
- Boost customer loyalty and reduce churn by improving engagement with digital banking services.
- Offer personalized solutions to increase merchant and customer retention.
- Lead and manage the digital banking retention team and set performance targets.
- Motivate and equip the team to meet goals and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and business owners.
- Ensure merchant POSM branding materials are visible, clean, and up to date.
- Keep merchant transactions active and monitor merchant activity.
- Undertake regular market visits to engage with merchants and keep them active.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and recommend them to relevant teams.
- Monitor churn rates and identify at-risk customers.
- Implement retention solutions and report retention metrics to senior management.
- Support RMs and BMs to plan and execute mobile banking and merchant retention campaigns.
- Monitor performance and push branches to increase customer and merchant activity rates.
- Supervise branch operations including sales, customer service, and administration.
- Provide training to build team capacity for retaining new and existing merchants.
- Manage and mentor staff to achieve performance and development goals.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs for improvement opportunities.
- Use data-driven insights to understand market trends and customer behavior.
- Consolidate customer feedback and propose solutions for continuous improvement.
- Coach and motivate branches to identify and nurture valuable merchants.
- Enforce discipline to ensure efficiency, maintain staff morale, and promote the company image.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the same industry.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in customer segmentation and market research.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
- Strong product development and policy development skills.
